I got up and went to work this morning (in a blizzard)... around 11 AM the principal announces that because of weather school is closing early. The children cheered... but then chaos came! Kids were getting on the wrong busses, etc... Then, busses were not able to get to the country homes. It was a mess!!! Now, the winds are gusting at 45 - 65 MPH... Scary stuff!
But I'm home now! YAY!!

Well, I'm glad you got to go home! Here is something semi-related that's funny... it snowed here last night! (Now, it snows here like less than once every ten years. Seriously. I've never seen it snow here before.) Well, there was like less than an inch of snow on the ground, but I was still in utter terror while I was driving to class. How do you manage to drive everywhere in the snow? Augh!
I hate driving in the snow! I grip the steering wheel and pray! We have 3 feet on our grass right now... This has been the snowiest year in Idaho in a LONG time! Oh joy, the first winter I live here... and it is record breaking snow! Just my luck :)
